Ghetto Kola

Bar-B-Q Sauce

I should have never made this from scratch...because now
JASON (my new hubby) won't eat store bought sauce. He

wants me to make this. It's quite delish:

Get a skillet (or sauce pan, whatever) and put medium
fire under it.

Slowly saute together:

1/2 cup of chile sauce,

1 cup of brown sugar,

4 chopped green onions,

1 cup Ketchup,

1/2 cup Worchestire Sauce,

1/2 cup Soy Sauce,

1/2 cup Rum

2 spoons of Molasses

7 cardomon  pods

2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika

2 tablespoons Smoked Sea Salt (*must be smoked)

1 tablespoon Ginger

1/2 teaspoon of Ground CUMIN

3 crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper

1 minced Hot Pepper

*peppercorns ground

Slowly means 25 to 35 minutes simmering. Then let it chill in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.

Use it however you use Bar-B-Q sauce.
